These Terms govern your use of The Logo Craft's website and services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We provide logo design, website design, ecommerce development, SEO, hosting, domain services and business card printing.

Written quotes are valid for 30 days. A 50% deposit is required to begin work; balance is due on project completion.

Each package includes a specific number of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate.

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by late feedback or scope changes may extend delivery.

On full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Refund eligibility is defined per package. Money-back guarantees apply only where explicitly stated.

We treat all client information as confidential. Mutual NDAs are available on request.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We integrate third-party services (payment gateways, hosting, analytics). We are not responsible for their availability or performance.

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
